The Diocese of Covington participates in
VIRTUS (The Protecting God’s Children Program) to help ensure child-safe environments and
empower caring adults to protect children. VIRTUS is the brand
name that identifies best practices programs designed to help prevent
wrong doing and promote "right doing" within religious organizations.
The VIRTUS programs help to better control
risk and improve the lives of all those who interact with the Church. Coaches and Volunteers
